New Product Launch

Everyone needs advice when trying something new. Sometimes you may find yourself being the one asked to give the advice. The most important thing to remember is that the best advice benefits both parties.

When I was recently asked advice on the best way to design a new propane delivery program to Southern New Hampshire and Central Massachusetts, I was honored to accept the challenge. Lorden "The Home Climate Company" has long been known as an industry leader in fuel oil and air conditioning. In October of 2009 they began the process of delivering propane to residential and commercial customers. In March I was hired to join their team as a "propane expert" and to help give the organization advice and support as they began this new venture. Often accepting a challenge helps you to find out what you are capable of in life. Proof that our greatest growth comes from creating something new and working our way through that process.

The propane company will be a success and we will both benefit for working on this project together. It often takes two unique viewpoints to create something exceptional. There is much to be said for combining a fresh set of eyes and an experienced view of things.
